Our team at YG Administrators is in charge of compiling in an organized manner and by categories all the documentation, which includes general data, labor, maintenance and service contracts, plans and general documentation of the community, information on delinquencies, litigation, community accounts, change of bank authorizations, among others.
We establish communication with the outgoing administrator to coordinate an appointment and make an orderly delivery of all documentation.
We have special agreements with law firms and solicitors to deal with delinquent payments in the communities of neighbors. These professionals work on a success fee basis, which means that they do not get paid if a positive result is not obtained. This allows us to avoid the advance of funds by the community.
When we enter the Community we make an examination of the state of maintenance of the property. Nevertheless, every three months an examination of all the facilities and state of the construction is made and it is passed in a summary record of the visit with photographs and conclusions of the examination.
